Rotary Club of Dindigul Aram - Installation

On Saturday, 18th July 2026, Assistant Governor Rtn. V. Shanmugam and Secretary Rtn. V. Manikandan had the privilege of gracing the 4th Installation Ceremony of the Rotary Club of Dindigul Aram. Held at the Kingtown Rotary Hall in Dindigul, the morning event commenced at 11:00 a.m. and was a splendid celebration of fellowship and new beginnings. Our visiting leaders were thrilled to personally convey their best wishes to the newly inducted office bearers—RBS President Rtn. P. Dhavaraj and RBS Secretary Rtn. P. Murugesan—as they officially took charge for the 2026-2027 Rotary year. The ceremony was notably elevated by the presence of Chief Guest Rtn. Major Donor L. Gajendiran, and AG Rtn. V. Squad Goals at Dindigul King Town! What an absolutely stellar Monday night! The whole crew rolled up to The Space Mahal on Thadicombu Road on July 13th to catch the 6th Installation Ceremony of the Rotary Club of Dindigul King Town. ​The Rotary Club of Dindigul Fort met on 07.07.2026 at 6:00 PM at Vivera Hotel, Dindigul. Members were thanked for a successful Installation event. The new Rotary Club of Dindigul Sigaram, led by Rtn. D. Bhavanji Patel and Rtn. U. Khalif Ahamed, will be officially installed next month. Members were reminded to clear their subscription dues. The board finalized that Treasurer Rtn. B.T. Deeraj will retain full operational powers over the KVB bank account, while President Rtn. S. Ramalingam and Secretary Rtn. V. Manikandan will hold online view and transaction access. Auditor Ramalingam's ₹3,000 contribution was acknowledged. The board approved ₹15,000 for the 'Chellamey Chellam' project and reviewed ₹1.6+ Cr CSR applications, the United Hospital Global Grant, and an education aid request. Upcoming events include Rtn. P.K. Murugesan Durai's session on 14.07.2026, and the Chellamey Chellam event alongside Rtn. Udayakumar's session on 28.07.2026.

District Leadership Seminar, Governor Installation

​On Wednesday, July 1, 2026, alongside my fellow club members—AG Rtn. V. Shanmugam, Secretary Rtn. V. Manikandan, Rtn. M. Mohan, Rtn. S. Arul Dass, Rtn. S. Jayakumar, and Rtn. S. Jeeva—I had the privilege of attending the District Leadership Seminar and District Governor Installation for Rotary International District 3000 at the Crystal Convention Centre in Tiruchirappalli. Hosted flawlessly by the Rotary Club of Trichy Diamond City Elite, the evening centered on the official installation of Rtn. R. Subramani @ RBS Mani as our District Governor for the 2026-2027 term. We were honored by the insights of Chief Guest Rtn. PDG AKS Muruganandam.M and Guest of Honour Rtn. PDG. AKS. C. Baskar, whose presence set a highly motivating tone for the year ahead.
